Join Our Team as a Happiness Contractor!

Are you passionate about WordPress and helping others succeed online? We’re looking for Happiness Contractors to join our team part-time, assisting customers with WordPress.com, WooCommerce, and Tumblr support needs. As a Happiness Contractor, you’ll be our customers’ first point of contact, making sure they feel supported and empowered.

About the Role

This is a flexible, contract position with a maximum of 25 hours per week, with shifts scheduled based on the availability you provide (up to 6 hours per day). This role is perfect if you’re looking for a way to dive deep into WordPress support to level up your WordPress skills while enjoying a flexible work schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide async & sync support for WordPress.com, WooCommerce, or Tumblr users.
  • Basic Troubleshooting, investigate more deeply when needed, and draft detailed reports for escalations.
  • Share tools, tips, and insights to support team knowledge and growth.
  • Proactively work on ways to increase your own knowledge and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills:

  • Outstanding written English communication skills.
  • Expertise in WordPress, especially with WordPress.com sites.
  • Experience in technical support, with the ability to break down complex issues.
  • A growth mindset, openness to feedback, and self-motivation.
  • A customer-first approach, with a knack for recommending helpful solutions.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • HTML, CSS, or PHP knowledge.
  • Experience with Tumblr or WooCommerce.
  • Familiarity with domains, DNS, and email deliverability.
